We undertake quality building maintenance programmes. Our building maintenance work comprises of external works and housing stock refurbishment.

Williams Ewan have been providing specialist building maintenance support to Enham Housing for the past year. This work includes complete house refurbishments, internal and external decoration, new bathrooms and kitchen installations, new pathways and access ramps. We cover all aspects of property maintenance.

We are Constructionline certified and have qualified to work for local authorities including Hampshire County Council and Winchester City Council.
