Shawford

Work is coming to an end at our site in Shawford where we are building two prestigious six bedroom homes.

The plot is set in one of the most sought after positions on the southern side of Winchester in an attractive and peaceful residential area. When complete, the properties will boast remarkable views of Winchester South Downs. Pictures of the views from the site can be found in our gallery.

Plot 2 is due for completion in February.

Springvale Road, Kings Worthy

Work has now begun at our latest site along Springvale road in Kings Worthy. This site currently houses a three bedroom bungalow which will remain in place and will be refurbished throughout.

We will also be building three new houses; one with two bedrooms, one with three bedrooms and one with four bedrooms.

Kilmeston Road, Cheriton

We have recently started works on a high quality new home located in the South Downs National Park. The Site is fronted by the River Itchen with expansive views of the surrounding countryside. The design blends modern and traditional and will be designed to meet Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.

Park Lane, Headbourne Worthy

At Park Lane, we have recently started work on a relatively contemporarily designed house located in a Conservation Area. The property's living accomodation will be 'upside down' with a large open feature kitchen and living area on the first floor.
